Chat-based CMS Automation

Someone has to open the CMS, find the right page and remember how the layout works. Most of the time nobody does. The updates pile up until the site quietly goes out of date, and that was the routine we were asked to remove.

We designed, built and delivered a chatbot that handles CMS work from start to finish. It drafts content, publishes it in WordPress, decides on layout and integrates media.

We built the tool for our own sites first, because we run them and were tired of the routine. The interface is a chat. Telegram or WhatsApp, no dashboard, no login, nothing to learn. People describe the change they want in an app they already have open, and the bot does the rest, from the copy to the placement to the media. Remove the interface and you remove the reason updates get postponed.

On our own sites a scheduled update used to cost around 60 minutes of manual work. It now runs in about two. We delivered the system to a client in 2026, and it is in use there.
